Mocha Hot Pudding


Klu winter begini kepengennya yg masuk mulut yg serba anget.
Bongkar-bongkar buku resep ketemu hot pudding yg keliatan yummy..
Aslinya resepnya menggunakan kurma, tp karena ga ada kurma di dapur saya mengganti dengan kismis.
Ternyata saudara saudara satu resep ini gak cukup u kami berempat, semuanya minta tambah...
Ternyata bukan penampilannya saja yg menggoda tapi rasanya memang uenaak.. dihidangkan pada saat masih hangat dengan aroma kopi dan brown sugar yg menggoda..



Mocha Hot Pudding

1 Cup self raising flour
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 cup caster sugar
6 fresh dates ( ga punya , sy ganti dg segenggam kismis)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
75g butter , melted, cooled

cream or vanilla ice cream to serve

sauce
2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 1/3 cups boiling water
1 tablespoon instants espresso coffee powder

Preheat oven to 180 C. Grease four 1 1/4 cup capacity ramenkins (ramekins gw kegedean jadi enggak penuh jadinya)
  • Sift flour and cocoa into large bowl. Stir in caster sugar and dates. Whisk vanilla. milk egg and butter together in a jug. pour into flour mixture. Gently stir to combine. Spoon to ramekins
  • Make sauce. Combine brown sugar and cocoa in a bowl. Sprinkle over puddings. Dissolve coffee with boiling water, pour over each pudding
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a skewer inserted halfway into puddings comes out clean. Serve with cream or ice cream
